Technical background. Commercial execution
I started in sales and quickly learned how much GTM is repetitive manual work: research, qualification, follow-up, and constant reprioritization.
I didn’t want to keep solving the same problems manually, so I started building systems. First for my own workflow, then for teams. I tested tools, data sources, prompts, and automations in real B2B cycles and learned the key lesson: tools create real leverage when they’re embedded in a workflow your team actually follows.
Now I build end-to-end GTM workflows where data, AI, and automation work together. Enrich, score, detect signals, trigger actions. These systems improve focus, consistency, and conversion without adding complexity for the team.
Industry + revenue + job title looks neat in a CRM, but it flattens reality. Two “identical” prospects can live in totally different worlds. Different pressure, timing, politics, risk, budgets, incidents.
We build context threads from real deals plus real-world signals. What the buyer said, what happened in their world, and where the proof is. That becomes your foundation for better targeting, better plays, and automation that doesn’t drift into fantasy.
